Tavial Grill (타비알 그릴)

세인트 폴 (St Paul)에서 이간 (Eagan)으로 가는 중에 점심 먹을 곳을 찾던 중 타비알 그릴 평이 너무 좋아 들렸습니다. 멕시코 음식을 좋아 하는 편은 아니지만 전통적이란 평에 들렸습니다.
While I was traveling from St Paul to Eagan, I was looking for a place to have the lunch. I am not a real fan of Mexican food, I decide to try Tavial Grill since it had good reviews with the emphasis on authenticity.
팅가 타코 (찢어 놓은 닭날개 살) 는 꽤 신선하고 맛있었는데 파스토 타코 (파인애플과 양파를 섞은 돼지고기)는 별로 였습니다. 그러나 마지막 평은 다른 음식들을 먹어 볼 때까지 접어 두겠습니다.
Tinga (Shredded chicken breast) taco was tasty, but I am not sure about Pastor (Pork with pineapple and onion) taco. Maybe I will reserve the final review until I try few more items.
메뉴 중 한가지 특이한 것은 렌구아 타코 (소 혓바닥) 이었습니다. 이 것을 먹어 볼만한 용기는 없었지만 언젠가 한번은 먹어 볼 예정입니다.
One of interesting items on the menu is Lengua (Beef tongue). I was not brave enough to try it, but I will try some day.

연쇄점 움식점들은 평을 안올리는 편이지만 이곳에 두 곳 소개하는 것은 워낙 평이 좋고 음식 맛도 괜찮은 편이기 때문입니다.
I don't usually include the chain restaurants in my review, but I include some of them since they are very popular and the food is reasonable.
Chipotle Mexican Grill (치폴레 멕시칸 그릴)
풀어 놓고 기른 동물들을 사용해서 음식 재료를 만드는 것으로 알려져 유명해진 음식점입니다. 아주 전통적인 멕시코 음식도 아니고 멕시코 음식을 특별히 좋아하는 것은 아니지만 처음 이곳에서 먹어 보았을 때 음식이 느끼하지않고 신선해서 들리곤한 음식점입니다.
음식 주문은 원하는 속들을 지정하면 그 것들을 싸서 만들어 줍니다. 타코, 또는 밀가루 토르띠아로 싸서 먹든가 볼에 담아 먹습니다. 저희들은 닭이나 돼지고기에 화이타 (양파와 고추 볶음)와 가끔은 검은 콩을 얹고 덜 매운 살사, 옥수수, 치즈, 상추 썰은 것을 얹어 먹습니다.
Chipotle became famous by using the meats from the animals raised outdoors. Even though they are not real authentic Mexican dish and I don't really like them, I stop by once in a while since the food is not cheesy and is more fresh taste.
If you indicate the ingredients you want, they will serve as taco, burrito wrapped in tortilla or in bowl. We usually order with chicken or barbacoa with Fajita (sometimes with black bean). Then we add mild salsa, chili corn, cheese and lettuce.
Qdoba Mexican Grill (퀴도바 멕시코 그릴)
퀴도바는 뜻이 무엇인지 모르겠으나 음식 만드는 것은 치폴레와 같습니다. 찢어 놓은 돼지고기 버리토 볼 (8불 40전) 을 먹어 보았는데 치폴레와 비슷했지만 더 담백하고 약간 더 느끼했습니다.
We do not what Qdoba means, but the set up was very similar to Chipotle. I tried the pulled pork burrito bowl ($8.40) and it was very similar to the one at Chipotle except it was more bland, and more oily (or cheesy).
