새크라멘토 국립 야생동물 보호구역

잘 유지된 약 6마일 길이의 비포장 도로를 따라 보호구역을 둘러볼 수 있는데 동물들이 놀라지 않도록 차량 밖으로 나오지 말고 차 안에서 구경하며 사진을 찍도록 권장하고 있습니다. 다만, 저희가 방문했던 날에는 아쉽게도 동물을 한 마리도 볼 수 없었습니다. 도중에 여러 곳의 전망대와 정차 구역이 있어 잠시 차를 세우고 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 다만 보호구역에 대한 사전 지식을 어느 정도 갖추고 방문하신다면 이곳을 더욱 깊이 있게 감상하실 수 있을 것입니다. (평점 2*)

Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge (2*)

There is a 6 mile good dirt road you may drive to observe the refuge. You’re supposed to stay inside your car and take photos so as not to spook the animals. However, we did not see any animals on the day we visited. There are multiple viewing and stopping points and stretching your legs. You may appreciate it more if you have some knowledge about the refuge. (Review 2*)

Gaumer's has been manufacturing original gemstone jewelry since 1967. In addition, Gaumer’s Mineral and Mining Museum showcases over fifty years and four generations of collecting. There are beautiful and rare gem and mineral specimens from around the world, stone carvings, fossils, Native American artifacts, a fluorescent mineral display, and a detailed replica of an old mine tunnel complete with ore car, tracks and mining equipment.
